It is well known that high heels make us, women, feel powerful and somehow superior. But anyways, why is that? High heels, stilettos or peep toes give us an extra height 'beautifying' our legs and making our female figure look a little more irresistible. This irresistible image is nothing but the impression of power we give to the world using this female, sexual and elegant article. It is obviously not the most comfy article for some women but as before it make us feel powerful and owners of the world.
Besides this good stuff it comes the bad stuff, high heels are like enemies for our feet, that is why we shouldn't use high heels every day. This powerful object can cause feet deformation and if we use it everyday it can bring us painful moments when we take them off after a long day, but there's a good thing after all and it is the fact that high heels can't damage our backbone because those high heels practically force us to stand up straight and to find an equilibrium when we stand, so there is absolutely no way that heels can damage our column.
As a fan of heels I'm going to give some advice of how to use heels, specially stilettos... First of all you need to practice because the most important thing is to truly find equilibrium and balance in your body when you walk, secondly you shouldn't place your weight in the back of the heel but distribute you weight in the back and in the front part, if your legs are short or thick you better use a mini or shorts. As a last advice, use closed heels better than sandals because they help you in the balance of the body and they offer more support than a sandal.
